How you began your FLR and/or past FLR’s

I’ve found it very difficult to find a match for an FLR and I’m wondering a couple things. In your experience(s) how have your FLR relationships began? Was it something natural that wasn’t sought after or did you seek it out? Also, with so many fakes/time wasters how can I try to stand out from those people? (Please only semi vague tips/suggestions for, hopefully, obvious reasons) I’m afraid I may seem like a fake or time waster when I’m not. I try to be very clear in what I’m searching for and limits both hard and soft along with limits that could potentially change depending on how the relationship advances. I don’t know, maybe I’ve just been unlucky and the few people interested decided it wouldn’t work without saying that. It just feels like most think I’m a fake. I do understand there’s more men searching for an FLR or similar but I feel like I should’ve found someone willing to give it a go for a bit after over a year of searching.
