We have a short rope tied to each leg of the bed, with a loop and carabiner at the end of each. Jaimie puts cuffs on wrists and ankles and I hook the carabiners to them with him face down. He’d rather be restrained than have to try not to move.
I find it easier to stick with the lifelong habit of saying please and thank you. And I don’t mind letting him know that I appreciate him. I frequently begin orders with “How about if you…” though.
